Changing Defensive Alignment?

Is there a way to change the alignment of your defense or the depth of your infield without having to pause and go into the game menu? What about resetting the defense?

Press down on the Dpad brings up the defensive positioning menu

Pressing triangle from that screen brings up the adjustment options. I just figured this out, two months into my franchise.
