Did my franchise just get deleted?

I am trying to save my franchise and it keeps giving me an error

ERROR
The operation failed (0x8007000E)

It also deleted my previous saved file it looks like. I am still in franchise and when I clicl load, it says there are no files. I am scared to back out of franchise in fear it will not be saved. Any ideas?

Your last save should be saved to the cloud if you have PS+ and didnt turn it off.

Xbox does have cloud saves as well but I dont think its as easy as PS to restore them. As far as I know you cant just go somewhere and clikc download. I think it just syncs automatically when you open and close a game. So if it thinks you deleted the save it might delete it from the cloud as well. Not 100% sure on that. It might be worth just unplugging the system so it thinks the power went out or something and not delete it idk.

I always keep two saves(alternating when I save) plus also save in the show's cloud. I had a corrupt save once. I also turn off post game auto save because I think that is what corrupted my save.
