I've noticed a difference. I actually submitted Penn in the 2nd round against the CPU, which I could never do before even with his stamina drained.

Online, I've no idea if it changed, but I've subbed a lot of people lately. I've actually got 36 online now, whereas before the patch I had maybe 7.
