Flash Knockouts
I haven't seen any mention of flash knockouts in this years version - any news? are they still in just toned down like after the patch last year - I enjoyed them

They are still in. KO'd someone in the first with CroCop last week.

I assume by the way he worded it he was asking abiut 2010. And I acant see any reason for them taking them out.

they toned them down too much after people were complaining. I never thought they happened too much I thought it was about right. I don't know why people were complaining to begin with (well I do, but smh at it)
