Aaron nailed it in his blog. Unions are the main thing holding the bill back from getting passed.

Living in Jersey I have no problem with it though. Once NY gets MMA passed, the number of UFC shows in NJ would likely hit 0 and the prices to pay at MSG would be much higher than the Prudential Center.
