Hoping to have these done by tonight or into tomorrow. However mvpmods site has been down and not seeing an explanation anywhere. If it's extensive, I'll initially post rosters here. Not much else I can do.

Yes, to my recollection, the 19 dat files, when placed in the proper area on a modded Xbox will work. The problem will be the cyberfaces. I remember Xbox not having as many slots for cyberfaces. You'd have to standardize the rosters, meaning anyone with a cyberface no. outside of 901-915 would have to be changed. There was a way to integrate cyberfaces too, but I don't recall. Check out the mvpmods downloads section for that.
