Pack Buying Help Needed!

Today I'm trading in all my PS3 stuff to GameStop for about $200 worth of credit. I don't buy new games so I was thinking about blowing all of that on packs. Which should I buy? And I think that should be about 700-800k VC. Is my math right?

Historic series packs, you get the best value in these packs. After you have about 7 sold players go for currant team pack. Players you like using or a fan of IRL.

Stay away from gold packs.
Complete the 96 bulls and 98 lakers team collection. You'll get 6 really good players and a few serviceable players.

Also stay away from the 10k team packs.

If he wants to go for diamond Lebron he will have to open either gold packs or expensive team packs.

Also you should open the older historic packs, it's much more fun because you get random players of the included teams. But it gets frustrating if you need only one to complete a collection.

I would go historic packs. i just started also so good luck.

Can anyone tell me if you can sell the rest of the collection once the reward pack is received. For example I unlocked shaq. Can I sell the rest of the Lakers now that he is unlocked?

I dont need some of the lakers players and would rather have the MP.

Dont spend money on packs
