Missing Sapphire and Emerald?

I am missing Iggy Sapphire and Aldridge Emerald. I uninstalled and reinstalled like metioned below and that didnt help. On XboX One. Any suggestions?

I'm experiencing the same issue on PS4. My ruby Iggy along with all my emerald cards have disappeared.

Same here. I'm done with this game. First I can't get to the 2nd seed because the seed keeps refreshing when I have 5 wins and now my emerald cards (Ellis, Aldridge, Davis, Drummond,...) are gone. When I buy new emerald packs I even get no player. He is just invisible. Just contact and other **** cards but no player. Comon now...

The refresh is by design. If you look at your record, you have 12 games to win the set amount of games. If it becomes impossible for you to do that with the amount of games left, it will reset the round (when you achieve the minimum wins necessary to stay in the round). I was confused at first too, but that's how it works.

Just happened to me too. No ruby Iggy or any emeralds.

Update: After reinstalling the game, they're all back. Still annoying that i'd have to go through that process though.

Okay now everytime it happens I.....

-Unplug XBox.
-Sign In
-Load the game and dont touch a button for about 10 minutes

Seems to get the players back. Happened twice this week.
