I completed the dimers collection but did not get Sapp Stockton

Same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket yesterday, still nothing.

It happened to me too. I sent Magic back to auction house and send him back to collection from there and then Stockton appeared at reward queue. You can try it. It worked for me.

Have you had any luck getting your sapphire stockton? I have not heard anything and i sent tweets to 2k support with my ticket and nothing

I finally got a response from 2k. I just need to send them a picture of my rewards queue with gamertag. there seem to be quite a few people with this issue. Sapphire stockton wont make my main roster but i would like the combo of stockton and malone for some games.

Sending them a pic of your rewards queue will only get you sent to the next level of their support. At that time, someone will see if you had that Stockton linked to your account. If they have no proof that you had got it, then they'll ask for a picture of the completed collection. If by chance you have moved any cards since then, they will tell you they can not give you the card at this time as the card is not registered to your account. I've been down this road with 2K before with an Onyx Kobe. Long story short, 2K screwed up, but couldn't own up to it, so they said it was my fault and basically called me a liar.

Yeah they are ****ing idiots. Probably go to EA next year. I sent them a picture of the completed collection and where stockton should be. I am not holding out hope. They only seem to care about fixing something if it will cost them vc. The amount of money they have earned and the servers are still terrible is the biggest joke in the history of online gaming
