One of 2 things is happening here.

1. 2K is secretly trying to please everyone by releasing the codes at an hour that Americans have a shot too, to avoid a bunch of American players lashing out about no getting a shot at an international code.

2. The more likely answer: 2K international are a bunch of idiotic **** boys that have no clue what they're doing.

They've now been released, you got random bronze / silver players from the codes, they were expired within seconds. Such a joke.
