Purchased Grant Hill ROTY for 30k. My coins are gone added to collection yet hasn't appeared.. WTF. Only have 15k left now. Been over an hour. Haven't heard from 2ksupport yet.

The ROTYs are not unlocked yet, you have to wait for 2k to unlock them. You have the card you just can't see it. I have pulled 3 ROTYs in packs and I can't see them but my 250 card reward triggered after 247 cards, so they are there.

When should he appear because I can't sell him since he isn't in my collection. His card is on the collection list for the pistons I think. That's 30k I'm just wasted while waiting for this card I wasn't aware of.

The ROTY collection has not been added to the game yet.

If you go to your team's collection screen, you'll notice that there isn't a tab anywhere for ROTY cards.
