How do you keep track of your cards?

I have collected almost all of the normal player cards, and a fair bit of historic cards for a total of close to 900 cards at the moment.

But I am having a very hard time keeping track of which coaches, jerseys, logos, courts and playbooks I already have in my collection, and quite often I find myself buying duplicates by accident.

Has anyone made a spreadsheet of all the cards? Or does anyone have a good system of how to keep track of your cards?

I had a spreadsheet sorted by team and different tabs for jerseys/logos/playbooks, then deleted them as I got them.

did you make it manually? If only I had a list I could copy paste into an excell document... doing it manually just seems like such a chore.

Get a piece of paper, list every nba team by initials, next to each one write the items your missing, H = home jersey, CH1 = classic home 1 jersey, etc.

Yeah, I used shortcuts. Creating the list is much less of a chore than searching for all the jerseys.
