I use it sparingly, like when some guy keeps forcing it into the paint with Westbrook and doesn't move the ball well. I believe that some of the help defence issues that occur, specifically in PnRs, stem from the fact that Prerotate is either set to No or Yes, there's no Auto option. Default is always No, and so the big not involved in the PnR doesn't protect the paint when he should.
