USA Team card, they stated on twitter that many Team USA cards would come as rewards. Don't get your hopes too high. It wouldn't surprise me either, if he were the reward for collecting all the Dream Team cards.

He is the reward for getting all of the other cards. It is already listed when you check the collection area in game.

Yeah that card looks amazing but not very many people will get it. You're probably going to have to complete a bunch of the costly theme pack collections(since other Team USA cards are going to be rewards). I'm hoping(they probably will) they decide to release another Barkley.
