By the way on your first post you said you ll keep your mouth shut, and on last post you said that even if they see your posts they don't know your gamer tag so you are contradicting yourself.

However facts are
2k has a huge amount of lawyers.
Last year in ea fifa it was proved that special cards, like moments, had worse in game attributes than the normal cards.
There was a huge riot not only in forums but also on big gaming sites and newspapers like ign and the independent.

Ea admitted the mistake said it was a glitch, fixed it two months later possibly to have time to prepare defense for a case and in the end didn't do anything but gave players 1-2 free packs
