Bump; going into Euroleague and I still have no clue what this is.

So I'm playing my career against warriors. ..really blowing them out. ..Draymond Green frustrated flagrant fouls Derricl Favors in 2nd quarter...then 3rd quarter he flagrant foul Rudy Gobert and gets ejected and he was playing really good is why I'm so mad because 4th quarter when I subbed back in he was in the game still and scoring even more which caused me to lose. ..TELL ME WHY WAsNT HE EJECTED FROM THE GAME COMPLETELY after 2nd flagrant is this a glitch or what cause it really upset me cause it's my 2nd year and and trying to build myplayer and go to finals..any body tell me if this happen to you
