What sucks is current gen 2k14 shoe editing is greatly improved & extra amazing as far as what we've been asking for so WHY on earth is it not replicated in NextGen? Doesn't make sense to me at all

Are you talking about the team color issue? I agree there. But overall this shoe creator is way more deep than in CG. The color wheel lets you access colors that you simply couldn't before.

It's weird because the creator seems configured for making them change. I'm quite sure it is a bug. If you guys want it fixed report it to the bugs thread.

I was thinking it might be a bug too. I just can't see every team having black bases as team colors. Some teams have black twice. I really hope it changes so that black and white will change and the other team colors can be used to change in appropriate ways . Or just let us do home/away shoes and gear. That would be ideal.
