Why can't I get minutes to match up correctly?

I tried to add minute totals from a teams website into the game and it won't match up... I can get the Starters minutes to match but when it comes to bench players I can't get those minutes right... Am I doing something wrong?

Some player's averaged more minutes at some point due to other player's being injured. I usually try to leave minutes at 0 for anyone averaging under 10

I wrote this big write up about this problem and everyone ignored it. This needs to be fixed.
