KINDA CONFUSED BOUT DWNLOADING ROSTERS

This is my first time ever playing nba 2k so im kinda confused about downloading rosters in the vault bc i dont see that option in the menu its create edit draft classs nothing about downloading rosters and i wanna check on some of these rosters im reading about in the threads. And another do i put the injuries on the players that are current injury before or after i start MYLEAGUEfor it 2 take effect

Create - choose roster (base) from list - download. You can just look at the rosters without saving them, once you download them. When you go to exit roster, you will be given the option to save locally ( to your hard drive), save and upload ( for everyone to see), or not save at all. I'm on Xbox one, so not sure if it works the same on PS4. You also have to name your roster when you save it.

Injuries should be added before starting MyLeague. Edit player - vitals - health ( injury) - duration. Make all your edits, then save the roster. At the start screen of MyLeague, set use custom roster to Yes (select your roster), reflect roster injuries to On. Also adjust your minutes per quarter and simulated game minutes. You should set them both to the same quarter length.
