the new patch fixed it. I can actually download rosters. It's a Christmas miracle!

This is great to hear. Youre on the ps4 right? I havent tried on xbox one in awhile

This has gone on for a least 2 weeks now. Some rosters can be downloaded while others can not be.This also includes draft classes.
