What does position 0 mean? And how come some players have 0 for pos 1+2 and some players, i.e. kendall marshall, have pos1:0, pos2:5?

SG= 1
SF= 2
PF= 3
C= 4
NONE= 5

Is the height of Nik Stauskas, correct? It is listed as 185.42 cm which translates to 6'1", but he's listed as 6'6" on draftexpress and NBA.com.
