How do you decide/do your tendencies for your CAPS? Im kinda lost.

Hi! How do you guys do your tendencies for your created players?

I always like to make my own rookies etc for myleague, but im really bad with tendencies. Always seems missed up.

So how do you decide what numbers for what kind of player you trying to make and like what numbers are to high/low?

All information about tendencies etc is appreciated.
