Where are the missing free agents from nba training camp teams like Gary Payton II, etc ?

As far as I know because this is the official NBA roster that came out in November and because Payton II was waived on the 25th of October and as of Halloween he is on the D League Rockets team I don't believe he was included in the patched update, if anyone has any other info on this feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

This roster is very good, I may not have the name recognition but I am proud of this, also if you want to use a cpu/user slider for this I have one called yadig that I shared psn PillCosby2017

Quick question. Your slider set gives the user a plus 20 advantage in most attributes why is this ?

Because based of of the edits made to the roster it gives the best game play in my opinion, the sliders are purely optional.
