NBA 2k18 MyLeague 1989-90 Season with 1990-2017 Draft Classes(Roster Makers Needed)

OK guys I've given a lot of thought to this. Everyone had to love clutch's 2004-05 roster and draft classes. If 2k allows me to next year I would love to(Or Have Clutch or someone who really takes pride in the precision and accuracy of their roster making) make a roster such as 89-90 season and have draft classes all the way to now(Which I would be more than happy to focus on, if somebody will do the roster.) Let me know what you guys think and if anyone is on board.

1990-2017 Draft Classes(I have enough accounts I could upload all classes without help)
1989-1990 NBA Season Roster
A great ratings system that will have realistic gameplay, scores, foul calls, free throws, FT℅, ETC.(Based on how 2k does this year.)

Or should we all focus on NBA Live? Lol.
