Corrupted error on every single roster I try to download

Hi,

I just got the game. I'm on PS5, and anytime I try to download a roster file, scenario, or any type of My NBA content, I get an error that says "This save file is corrupted and cannot be loaded"

I tried to Google but only things I seemed to find were fixes on how to deal with your own files being corrupted.... but not when everything you try to download won't let you download it?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Is your game fully updated? If not, that could cause problems with downloaded files.

I just bought it digital copy on PS5 yesterday and then tried same day to download things . I’d have assumed it downloads the latest version for me ?

I'd go to PS5 home screen and do the "check for update" for the game just in case the digital file in the store wasn't updated to the most recent patch.
