So the hard cap you have set to 100. What dose the hard cap do? Is 100 million the hard cap in real life?

The hard cap is a limit on player salaries on a team and can not be exceeded for any reason. Meaning, a team can not use its mid-level exception or sign any other player to a minimum contract. No, 100 million is not the hard cap in real life. It is always exactly 4 million above the luxury tax. There's just no way right now at least to have it set like that in 2k, and since the salary cap increases every year, i just set it at default 100.

I just played with your slider set and i have to tell it's amaizing. 3pt attemp it's very cool, only maybe very little more turnover, and more fouls we need and little bit less rebound : http://kepfeltoltes.hu/view/141019/N...toltes.hu_.jpg

Does draft class quality affect custom classes? I want to some of my own classes in my first few years but then I might resort to randomized ones ...

I'm really not sure. Didn't really test that one out since I plan to use custom draft classes. If i had to take a guess I'm guessing it's a no since you edit the ratings yourself.
