It was added in yesterday's roster update. No it doesn't show up in existing saves. Even after today's patch.

Call me crazy but doesn’t it seem like if they can easily add the Bill Russell number to all jerseys, including previous custom rosters, in an over the air patch, then adding the new jerseys should be just as simple?

Man I’m so torn about these jerseys, I’m waiting on ATD but missing all the alternate uniforms is a major disappointment

2 different things, the Bill Russell number was simply added to jerseys that were already in our saves, its just editing an existing image that was already tied into your saves.

still no shirt in custom rosters after patch 1.09, all this is weird

Yes. I'm playing with the ATD Roster and there's no Statement jersey for the Sixers.
