User Off-Ball Defense is broken on 2K24?

Hey guys, look this video:



My off-ball D never does what it's supposed to do. I changed everything, try one of this: SWITCH ALL, GO OVER, GO UNDER.

The result is always the same. Double screen and open shot for CPU.

Teams with good shooters comming for screens destroy my Bulls, shooting 50/60% 3pts.

Any tips? Or game just is broken on this?


I'm playing on HOF, my Defense settings are:
On Ball D: 80
Defensive Awareness: 80

That particular play is unstoppable right now. Off ball screen for 3 no matter who is shooting is crazy. Hands up does nothing and if you jump it's 3 at the strike.

Oh I just imagined this game with even more intense on-ball defense. That's a scary thought

This settings is for USER..... lol

CPU On Ball Defense is set to 20 here!

Yeah those kinds of plays are broken this year. It seems impossible to set a gameplan that doesn't result in wide open shots coming off double screens. The first variation is particularly annoying as the defender would have been in position to contest but he then fell victim to animation nonsense.

Off ball screens are basically a cheat code for the CPU this year. They're infuriating.

This happens all the time! A free player comes, you enter the replay and realize that his marker, WITHOUT ANY LOGIC, went the other way...
