How do you blitz/trap the pick and roll in 2K24?

Finding the pick and roll really difficult to guard this year because the lack of help D turns it into a two man game every time, and the CPU is absolutely deadly on the roll.

I've tried everything at this point. I've tried small line ups, hoping it's easy to hedge. But nope I can't get the screens defender to start the double.

I just can't imagine you can get the second defender to the ball handler quickly enough to stop the pass to the roller when playing against the CPU to effectively blitz, as there's too much space. May be different playing other users though.

Really you'd like the pressure from the double team to make the pass between 2 players the roller or the player standing at the 3 point line.

But your right the animations don't play out fast enough for it to be effective.
