I was surprised last night that the Spurs were in tier 2. Now I realize why. We had a roster update.

I see we got some new 90 overall ratings. (personal I think Fox should be a 90}

I know the stats will probably point in a different direction. But how in the world does Zion go down. He's playing some of his best basketball right now. I also don't understand how BI is so low.

How did Scottie Barnes go down?

Amen and Cam Whitmore went down?! How? I need to see what went down.

I joked yesterday that Dean Wade would get a boost. Haha guess I was wrong

Zion is healthy, but he hasn't been the monster Zion of 2021-2023. Only 61 TS%, down from 65% the last two seasons. His dunk rate is slightly down, and he still isn't much of a scorer away from the rim. His rebound numbers are also not great, career lows in both.

1. Hell freezes over and 2K revamps defense.
2. He shoots 45% from three.

EDIT: Jesus Christ I didn't even see that Wade went DOWN in this update. At 72 OVR that one is as bad as the Connaughton example I'll get to on page 2.

Is LaMelo still starting for the Hornets?

Nick Smith Jr. update was very delayed, he hasn't been in the rotation since the trade deadline.. so to update him now is very weird. I think Seth Curry needs a bit of love, he's better than NSJ and above him in the rotation but same rating.

LaMelo has been out since 1/26 and in TOTAL has played in only 22 games this season. He is likely shelved for the remainder of the year IMO as the new FO gets a look at Brandon Miller & Co. to see who along with Miller, Melo, and Mark Williams are part of the core building blocks
