I will try to sell a lot of ice cream and hot dog, after that i will set the price of the parking and i will speak to all my players, staff and president... Adter that i will go back to nba2k13 to play some good basketball...

So many possibilities. I think I have few associations I will be running. It's just a matter of which I want to focus on first.
Do I try to get Kobe a sixth ring and try to lure a free agent over the summer like Melo, Bron, or Bosh? Try to offload Steve Nash for a couple second round picks or something realistic. Hopefully convince Kobe to sign for a lesser amount of money.
Do I try to win another ring with Dallas and see if Monta Ellis indeed does have it all?
Do I develop Paul George into a MVP candidate and try to offload George Hill and Danny Granger for a chance at Dennis Schroader and maybe Kyle Korver? (I like that deal.)
Do I try to make Derrick Rose a 2 time MVP and make a deal for OJ Mayo to give him some help at the 2 guard? Or do I dump Boozer and some picks for Al Horford and reunite him and his fellow Gator Noah.
Do I try to rebuild the Magic and tank for a shot at Marcus Smart? And lure a free agent power forward over the off season? (Bosh? Gasol?)

I really try to keep my associations realistic, so any feedback on what you think of my ideas I would appreciate.

Also I wonder how many retired players we can have on our staff? Coz I am definitely hiring Nick Collison for a position when he eventually retires.

I hope there's like interview from different teams at the beginning and you'll be offered by several teams.

If not, I might select: Kings, Suns, Bobcats, Celtics ....rebuilding the team is my priority
