watching chris smooves mycareer draft, he got interviewed by orlando and NO but he didnt go until the 30th pick.

by the cutscenes it seems to me like regardless of how you play you are going later

anyone gone top 10??

I watched a stream where a guy went 10th. He shot like 20% but had 11 boards and a few asssists. An A- IIRC.

Pretty sure Smoove's draft was glitched.

SG I think, his nemesis was Ellis who got drafted 9th.

I was drafted 7th, and Jackson Ellis, your designated rival, was drafted 6th even though I outperformed him in the showcase. My player had around 30 points, 9 assists, and 3 rebounds as a pg. Ellis put up like 10 points and 5 assists. Think the only thing that's predetermined is that Ellis will go before you in order to fall in line with the story mode.

That makes it impossible to go #1 overall then. Interesting.

So I'm guessing depending on the position you pick also determines Ellis's position?
