No you cannot. Association, now MyGM, is a single player mode. MyCareer is the same as CG and is single player too.

Is there an offensive "Quick Play Set" like on the PS3 version, you could hit right on the D-pad, and get options like, "Quick PG ISo; Quick Post Up"; etc.

How do you do this on the PS4 version?

Pretty sure you use the touch pad and swipe in different directions. On defense swiping will change to diff zones.
