how to play couch co-op

I mean i got to controllers both connect to my xbox one but in the quick game when we select teams it only recognizes one?

was posted on here somewhere else but i'll reiterate.

i haven't figured out a very efficient way to do this, but this will work.

steps:

Start up Controller 2

***use controller 2 for following***
Go to Home Screen
Go to your Gamertag Logo in Upper Right Corner of Screen and select
Select "Add Guest" and follow on screen instructions
Controller 2 is now signed in as YourGamertag(1)

***use controller 1 for following***
Go to your Gamertag Logos in Upper Right Corner of Screen and select
Go to YourGamertag (click over to the right) and select "Choose this Person"
Controller 1 is now signed in as YourGamertag

If you do this, you should now be able to play on the same team or against each other freely.
