Losing VC all the time/not getting correct amount of VC/Cant buy VC?

Every time i play a my player game, at the end of the game it displays s different amount to what i actually get

Also in mygm ill go ahead and complete a demand/wishlist ie trade for a first round pick or trade a player, it will say +100 and it wont actually add to my total VC. The weird thing is some goals when u finally complete them add sometimes they dont, it could be a sync problem but its annoying

Finally how u do buy vc in this game? It just says content niot available, it might not be for sale?
