Few questions for next-gen'rs

I'm wondering if anyone who is playing on nextgen consoles can answer a couple of quick questions for me:

a. have they fixed the big game constant turbo glitch?
b. does the coach actually call a variety of plays now?
c. how does the new "non-floating/sliding player" movement impact the game play over the current gen game play?
d. has anyone used voice control to call plays? if so, any feelings on how it works?

A. Not sure what you mean. If you mean can you blow by people using turbo? I can't.
B. Yes
C. It's awesome. You can actually feel the weight of the players now. You can feel their feet planting as they cut left or right. It's truly amazing.
D. I have on xbox one. It works well. There were maybe 2 times out if 50 where I've had to say it twice. It was probably my mistake.

Regarding the first one: In assoc., your big men seem to always have turbo on when being controlled by the ai, tiring them out minutes earlier than they should (on my team, I can barely get my PF 22 min a game, on his other team, he avg 31).

What types of plays can you call this yr? I never tried it for 13, but was intrigued... I think it went as far as being able to say:
" (player name), post up/ cut to the basket / set pick" ... ?
