But does it seem to change its own settings at random and goes back to auto at a timeout? I always have to change it over and over

You have to hit X (xbox one) or square if you are on ps4... You can change it to manual during the game on a time out and it will stay the way you want it for the rest of the game

Yes it works, what you have to do to get the most out of your POE is to actually play like you set it

example: pick n roll offense, actually run pick n rolls and get good looks, dish it, find the open man

Everytime i set them online as:

Get to the basket
Play physical
Crash defensive glass

I win

Doesn't work for me, CPU is still able to do what they want. I make a switch they make a switch lol I'm done with POE.

Go to options before the game and set it to manual, that way you will have control over it during the whole game

This and IMO on defense play physical its the best

What does play physical do?

Personally I've been running with
Crash offensive glass
Limit perimeter shots
Crash defensive glass

I wish there was a setting that allowed you to switch on picks. Defensive settings and coach profiles worked so much better than these.
