Is this mentioned in the notes about FA a the end of the season? The mygm was the big addition to this year nba and it's still broken? Any chance a patch 4 comes. People payed money to be a gm and its broke

Just a heads up, there are several threads about this and the mention a workaround that lets you adjust the salary. I'm sure this will be addressed in the next patch amongst other fixes.

Only workaround is for salary amount, no other terms can be changes (years, no trade clause, role, etc.). You just swirl the left thumb stick and you can change the $ amount.

Not true. There is another workaround that let's you change all options.
