Are you kidding me?! I'm not seeing any plays because I chose players call plays as a point forward SF hoping I would have the ability to call plays when I chose it? AND I CAN'T EVEN ****ING CALL PLAYS!!!

Tested this personality quiz theory out and no, team does not call plays regularly even with the "look to coach" option. PlayVision is on full, all plays, offense playcalling auto, calling plays slider is at 100, yet the only plays that happen are inbounds, fast breaks and motion offense.

I find the complaints about play calling interesting.

I'm almost at the All-Star break for my rookie career and I have plenty of plays calling a game.

What I've noticed, and this may be what's affecting others, is when I start a game, my settings change, at least the play call settings. Each game I have to go into the options and change the settings back to Full, All Plays, and Auto Play call. This is a bug/glitch I've heard no one complain about, but it's something I need to do each game to see all the plays.

Also, if you buy the coach on the court skill, I believe that allows you to call plays regardless of position, I can be wrong though since I have yet to test it out.

I change the settings every game, it doesn't do anything for me. The opposing team doesn't have any problem running sets though.

On court skill has always been super overpriced. Haven't checked the price in next-gen because you can't even see how much it costs without having 90 emotion attribute. It's a joke that you have to buy it in order to try to fix what's essentially a broken mode.

I notice plays do not seem to get called either or I'm just not seeing it say what play to run like I saw in 2k12. Plus I have it to show "full art" or whatever on court and sometimes I get a pick line or a circle where I am supposed to go stand but it is very inconstant and rare.

I am SF so I should not be able to call plays BUT the play should still be run if that option is enabled. I will check what Steven suggests as I have checked the main options many times to make sure I did not have something set right.

On a Side Note I have played about 40 games now and still enjoying the game itself. I play on Pro(so that is probably why) but I find my player upgrading nicely(except for accessories) and can see him getting better and better on the court. I still have an issue with certain Good vs Bad questions in story itself but I can overlook that for this release because I am just having a good time on the court itself.

I really don't know what's going on with 2k...I get plays called on my SF, and the quick plays (iso, screen, etc) work as well, I've also noticed certain coaches call more plays than others, and some star point guards ai call them(curry, Paul, Westbrook). For some people this game is horribly broken, for others it works like a dream...I don't understand it at all. I will say tho, when a play isn't called...if you try to run plays that you might of learned playing in H.S. or what not, the AI tends to pick it up, or at least off ball screens cause a ton of cuts and drop out plays.

I hate how clothes and accessories cost so much. They want you to feel like your really playing in the nba but no one in the nba has problems buying clothes even on a small salary contract.
