New server fix went in place. Online should be stabilizing again within next bits. Please continue to send feedback where warranted #NBA2K14

I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and looking into a Class Action...
They aren't part of the BBB.

This has a better shot (although a very slim shot) at working than the BBB. Companies pay to be apart of the BBB which makes the BBB and their ratings basically a huge joke.
