I have lost all of mygm upgrades. I have lost my suites. I have also lost all of my facility upgrades. I have spent over 50,000 VC on these things. Is there anyone I can contact to help me? I have tried to contact ronnie2k on twitter several times. I get no response. I am really frustrated with this.

Apparently you have to file a ticket at 2KSports and they will only respond if and when they feel like it.

I lost all of my upgrades too. And my name defaulted to a random name, not the one I originally chose. 2K basically stole everyone's money.

I have been trying to talk to Ronnie 2k on twitter. still no answer thats probaly the best way to handle this.Just keep tweeting him over and over

I submitted a ticket cause this happened to me to. And I am still waiting to hear back. If they dont fix I am done with mygm mode.

It's amazing how if you spend real money on anything, pretty much anywhere else on the internet from a reputable company their support is not always the greatest, but they respond with patience.

Where does 2K get off taking money then just ignoring people? Too many tickets to respond? Then hire more staff. You obviously have the money.

The nerve of a company to charge people for a system that has not been properly tested and is faulty is appalling. They have to have broken some kind of consumer's rights law. I am infuriated. To top it off, you can start seeing some frustration coming from him (them) on Twitter as if they are doing the best they can but people are being unreasonable. It's disgusting.
