Ahh, you have to use X or Square (ps4) to steal it. However, the CPU tends to know the right times to throw it and they usually launch them then. That's why they get through. However, I've poked a few but they do get them off a lot. It's the mismatch. If you're in the post as a PG defending a C and he throws an oop, the dude is going to use his reach to leap over you and grab it. The same goes the opposite.

They can barely implement basic passing.

I would like to see blockable alley oops as well. I see my ai teammates block them occasionally but I have yet to do it as user. Maybe I'm just miss timing it. Also, it seems like you throw oops wayyyy too low sometimes. I've especially noticed this mycareer which leads to TOs. But before they fix oops they need to fix this directional passing lol honestly it's the worst it has ever been.
