PS4 5.1 audio bug gone after update?

Tested this out, same thing here. No sound out of Center speaker on 5.1 system and now I here the sound cut out more than ever. This is the only game I have this issue with.

Yeah this has started happening to me. I had the "CRACK"" noise with 2K and thought it was my speakers going bad but since the update I do not get the CRACK but silence off and on. It is not a game killer but it is annoying. Works fine VIA hdmi to TV but issue comes with surround sound and Optical cable.

Before the update I had no sound coming from the center speaker. After the update still no sound from center speaker but now the sound also skips or cut in and out during gameplay. This is ridiculous 2K needs to fix ASAP. I paid 65 dollars for a game that is not working correctly.

Pre-patch = no sound problem.

Post-patch = sound cuts out.

*sigh*

Among all the other much more serious problems that still plague this game even after 4 patches, this is just the cherry on top.

What exactly is the bug you're getting, more specifically than 'cutting in and out'? And with optical audio or HDMI only?

Mine is happening with hdmi and optical. I tried all settings and the audio cuts out completly at random points for about 3 seconds and comes back like normal. Some games I hardly ever have the issue other times it happens frequently.

I really don't have many audio problems post patch. I have an occasional skip but nothing thread worrhy.

I fail to see how some of you didn't have any problems with audio pre patch as this skip that's there now has always been there, and it was even worse before as it'd skip to the point of it completely cutting out.
