Need help Struggling to guard Athletic Bigs ..

Need some help . I've been using Finesse bigs lately like Al Jefferson , Tim Duncan, Kevin Love, Al Horford ... Etc

And I struggle against athletic bigs online. I can't rebound over them even when I'm boxing out. I can't stop them from dunking 3 of my guys even with plenty of contact. Also alley oops feel nearly impossible to stop.

Meanwhile I'm missing Layups and easy shots with these guys and geting dominated by Tristan Thompson , Jordan Hill, brandon Wright.

Also passes go right under my nose in the paint even when I see them coming so any tips for that also ?

If you're saying you're post moves arent working i've found that doing a move rright immediately before a shot helps. Like if you're going for a hook fake a drive or spin first and then shoot directly following that. It tends to get guys off balance. Unfortunately there is no way to stop certain dunks this year. The only chance is flawless timing and reflexes. You pretty much have to know when a guy likes to take off and jump or press steal BEFORE he decides to go for his jump. You can also try to double as soon as a drive starts. Most guys that like dunking all day dont tend to be great at handling pressure.

If you're playing as guys who are 6'11 and up the rebounding just doesn't work right. You're probably getting outrebounded by shorter, more athletic big men and it's just something you have to live with unfortunately.

Just box out with L2/LT and hope the rebound falls into your hands or a teammate comes over for the board.
