Unless you buy on a Shady Keysite you get the KD-Pack everywhere. Amazon/Steam/GMG all have it.

I don't get how digital games aren't cheaper than the dvd version. How is that possible ? No box, no dvd, no cover and you can't get any value back from it.

Not talking only about 2K but in general. Games are cheaper on amazon than on the PSN lol.

They are... GMG/Nuuvem etc. Just don't buy on Steam unless its on Sale. I have never paid more than 25€ for a new Game on Release.
