Can you remove headbands off nba players?

How does the accessories for home/away work? Like how does it effect alternate jerseys and such?

Do you notice a visible refresh of animations? New shots, dribbles, layups etc.... thats probably my favourite part of NBA 2K. Every year it feels fresh.

Can you access to the online leagues menu without creating one and see if there is the edit sliders option? I doubt it but still...
