Manage NBA 2K15 Pre-Order Bundle PAID But won't Install

Preordered and credit card charged. Go to install game and it " try's" to do install....but logs back to: Ready to install
Install all 45.3 GB.....I HAVE OVER 250 GB OF room on XBOX ONE

Any suggestions? Or fixes?

Call customer support . also to poster above me, the game can be preloaded digitally. I did it last night

Op needs to preload it now cause that 45 gigs takes forever to dl

I know i Cannot play the game until Oct 7th. Thanks to the other for suggestions.

At least on the PSN store it says pre-downloading starts on the 5th. Nothing on Microsoft's store but that could be it.

Pre-loading was available since September 25th on Xbox. It's been sitting there fully downloaded and installed just waiting to unlock for me at 9 PM PDT on October 6th. As for OPs question, try doing a hard reset and trying it again. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off then turn it back on. Also, check if there's anything in the queue that may be downloading first.

Yea it was available for digital pre order for a while now... mines is already installed just waiting for 12:01am eastern time Tuesday.... am staying up to play it that exact moment
