Unfortunately not. You can only manage the minutes in the rotations screen and change the order of players from the starters up to 6-13 and finally the reserve players.

MyGM: you have to unlock it
My League: You can override trades

2k Share as we know if from nba2k14(xbox360 and ps3) has been removed only thing you can download is Rosters and Draft classes

option features --->Roster Creator ---> Create Draft Class

Option Features ---> Roster Creator -----> Create Roser/Create Draft class (Don't choose edit)
