How did you guys complain to them? I can't find a number to call or an email....

Edit- never mind, I finally found a contact button....they certainly don't make it easy.

I pre ordered last week and it still says that it is being processed for shipping and I havent heard anything else yet.

The fact that I pre-ordered the game 2 months ago and the shipping date wasn't until october 16th. But if I bought it today it was guaranteed to be here by October 9th.
