Huge problems I'm facing

In my player mode, my coach not making no subs. So basically who ever I start with have to play the whole game, which sucks since everyone always have a Gatorade cup on their name. I'm in season two and waited it out to see if it was a one season thing but nothing change. I ask everywhere and can't get no answer and wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this?

I'm having the same problem. The mode is pretty much unplayable because of this. I just hope there is a fix and I don't have to start over.

Yeah it put you at a huge disadvantage, especially if you play on Hof. I tried turning my settings back to auto for timeouts and subs in the options in main menu, but nothing fix.

I've had this happen to me a few times in 2K14, hasn't happened yet this year tho.
